Default How to transfer files from a windows 95 system to XP system

I have an old system withwindows 95. Also another system with widows xp. The
old system has office 97, the new system has office 2003. The new system will
not accept the floppy disk format from the old system I'm trying to load all
my files from the old system to the new system. How can this be accomplished?

Suggest you post to the Windows newsgroup, as this is not a FP related issue.
