Theme

I have a FP2003 web. I want to create a standard look to it and I am using a
theme I created. The colors of the text, headers, hyperlinks are all fine I
want hyperlinks to NOT be underlined and change their font size from 12pt to
10pt. Where do I make that change in the Theme?

Format Theme Modify/Customize - Text - More text styles
select the link tags (a) and Modify
