exe to ppt

Hello,

I know how to convert from ppt to exe (iexpress)
But is there a possibility to convert from exe to ppt??

No, not really. I am not familiar with using iexpress, but this is usually one of the big advantages in converting to an exe: it can not be back designed.

If you are very desperate to get the images, you could use a screen capture program to get what is shown, but will only be able to get the screen resolution.
