USB Mouse Drivers

Hello,

I am looking for the correct division/newsgroup within Microsoft for
addressing technical USB Mouse Driver related questions. After many hours
of searching Microsoft I have concluded that there is no
microsoft.public.usb list or anything close to it. Where should UI device
(specifically USB pointer device) developer questions be directed?
