Default Adjust ToggleKeys volume?

The tone played by ToggleKeys comes from the system
speaker on your motherboard. The >system file that drives
it can be found in Device Manager > View > Show Hidden
>Devices > Non-Plug and Play Drivers: beep.sys. This is

the speaker that (also) makes
>the beeps for your BIOS. It has nothing to do with your

soundcard which is why the
>Volume Control has no effect on it.
