MPEG Files

Hi guys. I am having trouble with joining MPEG files. Movie Maker has no
problems with WMA files, just the MPEG. Before I upgraded my version of
Movie Maker, I had no problems what-so-ever. Has anyone come across this and
does anyone have a solution for me, please? Ta.

This would be because WMM 2.1 has issues with MPEG files. They are
inconsistent.
Sometimes they will import sometimes not.
Sometimes they will go to the timeline, sometimes not.
Sometimes they will preview, sometimes not.
Sometimes...
See. So I always recommend converting them to AVI and save the headache of
not knowing which ones will work and which ones won't.
Otherwise you will find yourself 3/4 of the way through a project just to
find out you can't save it because of an MPEG video clip.
