Default Static at bottom of captured video

When I capture video there is a small line of static "or noise" at the
bottom. I thought this was preventable using a custom profile but I am not
sure. I have one captured video that has a gray line at the top and bottom
that, although it's not great, it's better than the "noise". The bad news is
I don't remember how I did it. Any suggestions? I might have received the fix
from PapJohn's site but, if I did, I can't find it now.

Default RE: Static at bottom of captured video

I just read a post from 6/25/2005 where PapJohn said these lines are normal
for analog video capture, which I have. Still, if anybody has fixed this
problem since then I'd like to hear about it.
