On my PC with Windows XP Home Edition, one of the limited user accounts can
not get onto any page on the Internet, even though it works fine for the administrator account. IE returns: "403 Forbidden. You were denied access because: Access denied by access control list". What can I do to enable internet access for this user account please? |
