Hi, Aldi have updated their web-site with offers that are valid 19th May 2005. :-(. Does anyone have a copy of the original advert that appeared on the Aldi web-site?. Think that there are some other good I.T. hardware buys on there too if i'm not mistaken. This notebook PC really does sound a good buy. Aldi have probably sold out 2-days after officially launching it though no doubt (just my luck) :-(. Think that they will order these in though if you ask staff at stores that don't have these in stock (am I right here?). Anyone have any idea as to what sort of warranty is provided with this particular notebook PC from Gericom?. is it a 12-month or 36-month warranty and is it return to base or on-site/collect and return?. Can anyone confirm how long this notebook works whilst on battery for typical useage?. Is this better than a Turion notebook PC consuming approximately 35W as oppsed to a lot more for a notebook PC using a desktop CPU?. Thank you in advance for any advice. Best Regards. |
