How can I set up an interactive coloring book in Front Page

I'm trying to make a website for class complete with an interactive coloring
book where people would be able to customize their own skateboards (we are
creating a website for a new skate shop). I know I need to use Java, but
can't figure out the steps to take to create a picture they can color online.
All I can do is have them print out a picture.
