Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and download FP Cleaner.
Download links are at the bottom of the page.
Run the functions that clear:
The FrontPage Temporary files.
The Cache (*.web) files.

Then open FrontPage, open your "local" web and recalculate hyperlinks.
Then try publishing.

See if it helps.

Two ideas.

Close FrontPage and IE
1. Open a command window by clicking Start > Run and typing: cmd and then
click ok
In the command window type: ipconfig /flushdns
and press enter.
( Note there is a space between ipconfig and /flushdns )

When it's done close the command window.

2. Right click the IE icon on the desktop and select Properties
Clear the Temporary Internet, History and Cookie files.
Then click the Programs tab.
Click "Reset web settings" and uncheck "Reset my homepage" on the next
popup.
Then click OK all of the way out.

Reopen FrontPage and see what happens.

Other than that I'm thinking it's a server issue.

I wil try this... I have already flushed the temp files twice though.

I believe that it is acting like a conflict in one of the files that I have
locally on the web and one of the files already uploaded onto the web.

It acts like it starts to transfer files and then runs across a conflict and
times out.

Thanks,
TexasWing
