Default How is a web site created that will allow an end user to update it

I have someone that wants a really simple site and wants to keep it updated
themselves. I am assuming that they would have to have FP to do that. How
is a site created that will allow a novice end user to update the site?
Thanks!

Depends on what they want to update. Take a look at ContentSeed, for a small
content management system.

Otherwise you may have to teach them Frontpage...and they'll have to own a
copy of FP as well.
(Then you can just charge them for repairs when the mess things up :-)
