DRM in WM9

Hi all,
I am having a problem with the individualization DRM upgrade.

System spec.
CPU : VIA C3 800Mhz
RAM : DDR 256MB
Video : VIA CLE 266
10/100 Via LAN

Video Driver : Via S3/3G Version 16.94.44.45, released 2005-12-29
I have a device based XPE.
I use WM9.0.

I have not problem with the non-DRM contents.
When I playing DRM contests, play speed is very slow.
Also CPU become 100% .

If anyone could help me solving this problem, all suggestions are welcome,

Is it possible to upgrade to WM10? I had WM10 with DRM working on a similar
VIA system without a problem.

Thank you for your reply.
I receive a lot of information to XP Embedded Advanced.

It is possible to upgrade to WM10.
But individualization DRM Contents is not play to WM10.

It is received Message that not required license;;;
