Alway execute file directly in IE

Dear all,
In my network , all servers are trusted and all programs are believable.
The IE always shows a dialog to check "open or save the file" .
I want IE to open/execute a file directly and do not pop-up the checking
dialog.
How can I do ?
Please advise.
