Do anyone have a tool to translate the unicode(RTF file) to bin f

Dear Sir:

Do you have a tool to translate the unicode(RTF file) to bin file.
I create a dtat file using unicode and save to RTF file.
now I want to translate it to bin file.
But I don't know how to translate it.
Do you have this tool or some information.
