how do I change order of quarters in pivot table in Excel

In my data fiscal year starts from 1st April and ends on 31st March. When I
generate Pivot Table and group the date by quarters the first quarter starts
from 01st Jan and not from 01st April. I want pivto table to present 1st
quarter starting from 01st April.

This is not possible in Excel. All you can do is set up an index in a
helper column in the originating datasource of month 1, month 2, etc and
group on that. You could also subtract three months from all dates in the
helper column and use that to group quarters on (If that makes sense)
