why this message appear"cannot shift objects off sheet" ?

when i want to insert some of columns in sheet this message appear"cannot
shift objects off sheet" so i cannot insert
so i want to know how to insert columns without appear this message.

It sounds like you have something in the one or more of the last columns of
your spreadsheet (the last column is column IV). If you have not entered
anything in that column or do not see anything on screen (it could be a
random space), delete that column (and, perhaps, several other columns before
that), then try again to insert columns.
