This is my first time using Windows Movie Maker, and I have finished my
project, and now i am having trouble saving it as a movie to my computer. When i try it saves only part of my images, but all of the audio. I have tried saving under different settings, but it does it each time. My movie is about 13 min long, and i plan on putting it on a DVD. Can anyone help me? |

I'm having the exact same issues ... project at 15 minutes isn't that big;
I'm surprised that this should even an issue at this size. Haven't found an answer yet, however. The only way I found to get Movie Maker to make a complete copy was to
eleminate a lot of the video transition effects (as well as a few slide files .... I was making a 'movie' slideshow). PAPAJOHN really isn't much help; and, in fact, many of his posts border on being rude to people that are just trying to get their programs to work (I didn't bother with any of his stuff after reading several of his posts). You might also try the Q & A part on this site. You can also try to save the movie with a smaller file format (like "High Video Quality (small)" that you can find on the Movie Maker program when you go to save the movie (unclick "recommended" and go to 'other' to see the different settings); however, when I choose the 'small' size, it recorded everything but in poor quality. But this did tell me me that there can be an issue when a particular movie is 'complicated' (has a lot of video transitions, etc.). "doodle08" wrote: > Yeah, I can't imagine how it would be too big. I apologize to you and anyone else who feels my posts border on rudeness....
I try not to read-any posts 'between the lines'... and hope you don't also. -- PapaJohn Movie Maker 2 and Photo Story 3 website - http://www.papajohn.org MM2 Tips and Tricks: http://www.simplydv.co.uk/simplyBB/viewtopic.php?t=4693 Online Newsletters: http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/PapaJohn/Index.aspx "secondsummertours@hotmail.com" <secondsummertours@hotmail.com@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:EB696ED9-86CC-44CD-99BF-369CE3B8EAC5@microsoft.com... > The only way I found to get Movie Maker to make a complete copy was to > eleminate a lot of the video transition effects (as well as a few slide > files > ...
