Default DISK WITH STORED INFORMATION SAYS TO FORMATT IT?


I saved information on a floppy disk 1.44 mb, when i removed the disk and
tried to recover all my information the computer asked me to formatt my disk.
Why? The disk was formatted previously as it had information on it before i
saved my new information can someone help me?
