Default Reading a Flash video file

Is it possible to read a flash video file from the .NET framework and allow
for freezing / bookmarking at frames ?

Regards,

Chak.

There might be 3rd party components available that are capable of doing
that, but I actually doubt that the Flash format is even open and
documented.

It appears it is documented by Macromedia, but the license is limited only
to Flash file output, which kind of offsets this application.
