Streaming AVI in media player

Hello

I am trying to stream an avi file to media player. I have the file in
an encrypted format.

I want that when I create the memory stream of this file to pass it in
small blocks to the windows media player. I can presently save the file
as an avi and replay it in the player, but this is not what i want, I
do not want the file coming out of memory to the file system ONLY to
the media player
