Default Error msg for OLE Action


I'm running a query that is pulling info from an access database...I'm
recieveing the msg. 'Microsoft Access is waiting for another application to
complete an OLE action'. What is this and how do I stop it? It seem like
each day I have more and more of these to click through...?
