Error 1406

"Could not write value to key
\Software\Classes\MsMpComExports.MsMpCnmFactory\CLSID
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support
personnel."

I am the only one who used my computer, not totally computer saavy, and I am
running Firefox AND can also used Internet Explorer. I am running a 'Spybot'
program and Spy Sweeper thru ATT. Is it necessary to add Windows Defender?
How do I find the value key the error code speaks of? Any other suggestions?

Try shutting down those as many other applications, including your
antivirus's real-time scanning, as possible, just for the duration of the
install.
