Default MPEG-4 import capabilities


I have the new Sanyo HD1 camera which records in MP4. I am looking for a
reasonably priced editor that can handle this format. They tell me Apple
makes IMovie that would work but I would prefer not to but a Mac just for
this.
HELP!
Maybe a Movie Maker upgrade... SOON?!?!
