Maybe you can help me.

I am looking for a firefox plugin that will reload a website at random
intervals. Yes I know that there are programs to load a website at static
intervals. I am not looking for that.

I would have recommended Auto Reload 5, but the author hasn't updated it
so that it's compatible with the current version of Firefox. Googling
for it turns up no worthwhile results either.
