dbpoweramp track length feature missing

I've installed dbpoweramp on two seperate computers. On one of them,
the "Smart track length" feature is missing. It's just not there. I
tried unistalling, redownloading and reinstalling but it's still
missing. Anybody come accross anything similar. It's a very important
feature for me.

Alternatively, can anybody suggest an alternative piece of software
that does the same thing?

I've tried registering on their forums but I'm not receiving the
conformation email so I can't ask there.
