TaskSwitchXP is an advanced task management utility that picks up where
the standard Windows Alt+Tab switcher leaves off. It provides the same functionality, and adds visual styles to the dialog and also enhances it by displaying thumbnail preview of the application that will be switched to. TaskSwitchXP also has a powerful process and window management capability that allows you quickly to close/minimize applications and their groups. The unique capabilities of TaskSwitchXP make it useful for tracking down multitudinous windows, and provide insight into the way Windows and applications work. Website/download: http://www.ntwind.com/taskswitchxp/ Version 2.0 build 9 (February 4, 2006) * New interface languages (+5 new). * Improved animation for minimizing to tray. * Second press of the sticky hotkey works now like as Enter. * Bug with MSN Messenger conversation window was fixed. * Bug with switching to multiple windows was fixed. * Bug of installer with unsupported language was fixed. * Bug with MS Office Outlook message icon was fixed. * Some issues with text colors were fixed. * Some minor bugs were fixed. How do they compare? |
