Hi Brandy,

Before doing anything, Go to the Windows Update site for
everything under Critical and Recommended: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Another solution is to download and run this patch for Windows XP:
http://download.microsoft.com/downl...pdatesecdrv.exe

If that patch doesn't resolve the issue, there are several troubleshooting steps
outlined in this article: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=228985 which have
proven successful thus far. Post back with any problems, and Good Luck! :-)

| Okay, I've successfully installed the program already.
| Everything works fine until I get to the program start
| screen. I click on "new game", and it tells me to insert
| the DVD-ROM, but it's already in the drive! I'm stumped.
| I've tried running the program exe file through the
| Program Compatibility Wizard, to no avail. I've tried the
| settings for Win 95, 98 and ME - nothing works. The
| problem is not with my computer or DVD drive. It's also
| not with the DVD-ROM itself, because it's brand new.
|
| Any ideas?
