Error 1920

Hi,

I am getting Error 1920 (Error: Service Windows defender failed to start.
Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.) on
installation.

I wanted to try the suggestions from a couple of previous posts on this but
I need a little more step-by-step guidance. I would say that I "know enough
to be dangerous to myself and my computer", so I haven't had a lot of success
yet.

I am running Windows 2000 Pro with SP4 update.
