Default Problem with format of meeting invites received via e-mail

When I receive an Outlook invite to a meeting, it does not provide me with
the options to except the meeting etc any more. The e-mail is just one long
text message specifying what seems to be the path that the e-mail travelled
to me.

I use to receive the proper formatted e-mails which allowed meetings to be
incorporated into my calender through accepting the invite, but not any more.

Please provide your Outlook version and that of the person sending you the meeting request.
