When I open Outlook, I get the error message: "There was a problem reading
one or more of your reminders. Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate recurrence information for this appointment." That's all it tells me -- but won't display ANY reminders any more. The knowledge base suggesting running "outlook/cleanreminders" from the Start-Run menu. When I try that, it says the file doesn't exist. I've already run a repair (twice) on MS Office. Help! |

You might also try:
"Outlook /resetfolders /cleanreminders" -- note the spaces in front of each '/' "Brian Tillman" wrote: > CCF Doug <CCFDoug@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: > > > The knowledge base suggesting running "outlook/cleanreminders" from > > the Start-Run menu. > > No, it says to enter > > outlook.exe /cleanreminders > > Notice the space preceeding the slash. > -- > Brian Tillman > |
