how to disable email change autorization to the recipient ?

How to be sure the recipient will not be able to change a word of the email
we send him ? To prevent him to resend it modified saying it's your text ?
and possibly without WRM ?

Unless you're using a security service such as WRM, once the message is out of your system, it's out of your hands.
