Picture It Platinum - current product equivalent?

Hello,

I own Microsoft Picture It Platinum 2001 edition. I use it with Windows XP.
I'm trying to find out what software product is being offered either by
Microsoft OR any other company that matches or surpasses Picture It Platinum
2001 or any of its later versions.

From what I can tell, the Digital Suite products offer thousands of
templates and clipart less than Picture It Platinum. The Microsoft website
doesn't offer detailed information about the product to support the $99.00
and up price.

So, I'm lost and looking for suitable replacement software!

This is not an operating system issue (XP) but an application issue.
