Cannot deploy to device or debug in emulator

I don't know what has changed, if anything, but all of the sudden I am
unable to deploy to any device or even debug my application using the
emulator. I get the following error:

"Error: Cannot locate file C:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\my
documents\Visual Studio
Projects\EquipCertification\EquipCertification\bin\Debug\Equip
Certification.exe"

I don't know where the reference to "Equip Certification.exe" is coming
from, but I'm assuming that's the problem. I've gone through all the
project properties and can't find it.

Any suggestions?
