Default User access to FP pages


I have a sports website that has a page for rainouts and such. The
commissioner of the league controls the rainouts and needs to update only
one page in the web. Is there a way I give him the ability to change this
webpage with using FP?

you may want to look into a content management system (cms) like
ContentSeed.
