Default Fax Wizard

I have been using fax wizard for a long time with no problems. My method was
to scan a document, select "FAX" as the printer which opens up the Fax
Wizard. Type in the name and fax number, get to the cover page template and
put in a subject heading and a brief note. At this stage, I USED to get an
image of the cover page, AND an image of the fax document. I could also click
to "PREVIEW" all that was to be sent, before finishing and sending the
documents.

For some reason this seems to have changed - I can only see an image of the
document, and NOT the cover page. AND I do not have an option to "PREVIEW"
before finishing. I can't see anywhere under tools, options etc. where this
could be set up. Any ideas as to why it has changed? How can I set up the
preview option?
(Windows XP Pro. and MS document scanning. Internal modem, single PC)

Help!!!

Default Re: Fax Wizard

From what application are you printing these images?
What is your file association for TIF files?
What changes did you make to your setup that produced this behavior?
