mobile 5.0 remote registry editor

I previously user embedded C++ with PocketPC 2003. It had tools for reading
and writing the device registry from the attached PC. Very handy.
Is this functionality available in Visual Studio 2005 and if so how is it
accessed. I'm working with iPaq hx2490's.

There's a program group on the Start menu in the VS 2005 folder that has the
remote tools in it.
