Default Spoofing with Outlook 2003

I was amazed at how easy it is to send email as someone else with Outlook
2003. All I had to do was change the name and email address. The header info
on the email I sent as someone else had no information that it was actually
sent from me.

Am I seeing things or is it that easy to spoof with Outlook 2003 ?

It's the same way with any Internet mail client. You'd have to use the rest
of the header info to figure out if it came from the where you expected.
