Spinbox for SmartPhone 2003

Hi,

I've just started with development on the SmartPhone 2003. I read at quite a
few places (including UI guidelines for smartphone provided on MSDN) that
spinbox should be used on the smartphone instead of listboxes and comboboxes.
But the problem is that I cannot find this control in .NET. Can someone
please let me know whether the control is available or not in .NET.
Also, if it is not available, then how can I build one.
