Remove all settings

My Outlook 2003 client shows 2 mailboxes for me. I only added it once, but it
shows up twice. I am in workgroup mode connected to Exhange 2003 server. I
have configure my account on another computer and it only shows once so I
think there are settings on my machine that need to be deleted. I have tried
the following with no good results.

* I have removed all profiles in Control Panel ->Mail

* Deleted the Outlook folder in C:\Documents and Settings\<my profile>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

* Delted Outlook folder in C:\Documents and Settings\<my
profile>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook


When I configure with my exchange account the two mailboxes reappear. The
mailboxes are identical but one has a different icon than the other, the
first one has a little house and the other has just files icon like the
Personal Folders
