Default Use registry to disable offiline files command

Where is the registry key for the following command:

Control Panel > Folder Options > Offline Files Tab > Enable offline
files

I need to write a .reg file for a Win2K SP3 configuration that will
unclick this box and deactivate the offline files option.

Thanks!
