Missing MSFSMENU.ECF & MSFSPROP.ECF

I installed MS Office SBE 2003 & now everytime I attempt to open outlook I
get the message " The file MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF is missing or not
valid..." The system suggests I correct this with auto-fix. I did. It will
not fix the problem. I re-installed office with the hope that the error
occured in the install...no luck. If I ignore the message everything seems to
run fine. Can the message be removed??? Or can someone tell me where I can
find the file(s) to correct this??? I had Office 97 on the computer prior to
the install--not sure if this matters. Thanks in advance for any help,
