Outlook and contacts

Default Outlook and contacts


I have outlook 2000 set up to send email through a exchange 2000 server

when a user adds a contact they are not able to select the new contact
when they send an email it does not shoe up in the list.

Where is the user adding the contact, and what list are they looking at?

They are adding the contact in outlook and when the send an email they
select the to button they can select from the global address list but if they
select contacts nothing shows up in the list.

Then the Contacts reference may be damaged or they have not enabled their
Contacts folder as an email address book.

When I try to set enable their
Contacts folder as an email address book it is greyed out even if i llog in
with admin rights. the computers are runnin win NT 4.0

Add the Outlook Address Book service to their mail profile.
