Wrong Diskette??

When I click the update button I encounter a problem after it says it is
connecting to the internet to update. I have downloaded the program for the
first time and obviously need the updates. It says in a little pop-up window
from the icon: "Windows defender was unable to complete the update:
0x80240022. The wrong diskette is in the drive. Insert %2 (Volume Serial
Number %3) into drive %1". What in the world does this mean and how do I fix
it??? I'm usually able to figure out problems, because I'm not too shabby
with computers, but I really have no idea what this means. Please help!!
