RE: 8050800c Error on ALLXP fully patched SP2 workstations

I am getting the same error. Microsoft calims it was fixed with

Windows Defender Version: 1.1.1051.0
Engine Version: 1.1.1186.0
Signature Version: 1.13.1282.6

I show I have these versions and I still am getting the error.
Defender used to stop while scanning wowexec.exe and now stops on
dvdplay.exe, both files are in windows\system32.
