Help!

Seems like ever since I installed Windows defender I am unable to get updates
from windows update. Also windows defender was unable to download updates as
well. Any suggestions or ideas as I have since uninstalled windows defender
but still cant download updates.

I have the same issues. Defender woun't update by itself or manually in the
help menu nor will it update by windows update. Windows update keeps saying a
new update is available but the file size is 0 and nothing happens ...HELP!
