always allow

The help file for WD speaks of a always allow option. I have allow or block
only. How can this be fixed??

This is different in different dialogs and for different threats. I believe
it only exists for threats found after a scan.

On my defender is asks me to allow or block on a lot of things. I'm not sure
that it makes these desisions on it's own, because it is always asking me to
allow , whenever it detects change
