Default tables and more !#@$ tables!!

what AM i doing wrong!
I'm sadly still on FP 97.. anyway......I'v created a table, 4
rows and 2 columns,
in Normal view they appear 80% width , 350 px high, I'v text and one
small picture in them.
all looking quite nice ~ then I take a look in Preview.. and instead of
the correctly places oblong box (table) it all goes long and skinny
down the page!!!
where am I going wrong? what setting do I need to set to hold the same
view as in the "normal" and have the same in Preview?! nothing online
to show.. this is under development on the pc.
(though I suppose if anyone were kind enough to contact - and email..
I could send the page as-is to let u see it for real)
annoying me like heck!!!

Default RE: tables and more !#@$ tables!!

Very strange!

1/ Start again on new page to guarantee no left over scipts in the html
2/ Set table width & height in pixels not %
3/ Type in all content [don't cut and paste text incase you are carrying
over text formatting scripts]
4/ Publish it to the ISP server to preview - incase your FP preview server
is playing up.

Hope this helps!
