Sharing birthday calender?

I have created a calender in my outlook with appointments, birthdays, etc.
There are 4 of us in the office, is there a way I can share just my birthday
calender with them, so they are aware from there outlook when it is someones
birthday?

Sort your calendar by categories. Select the Birthdays and drag to a new
calendar that you create. Then export that calendar to a .pst file to give
to others in your Office. Have them import the .pst file into their main
..pst file.
