personal super hidden files/folders?

Is there a way to make personal super hidden files and folders? I want to
hide my folders from view for added security but don't think the ordinary
way to hide files/folders is enough and would like to know if it is possible
to hide them just like the system-hidden files/folders.

You can use the attrib command to set attributes to files such as system and
hidden but IMHO it is of little value as a security measure. If a user does
not have read permissions to a folder the user can not see them assuming
NTFS file system is used. Of course any user that is or can become an
administrator can grant themselves access to non encrypted files. ---
